Hi everyone
i'm new to this site, a friend introduced me recently :smoke:

there is a travel forum, but i thought i'd post this here so i could say hello at the same time.

i'm running a little low on finances!
so the cheaper the better
some friends are going soon and i was wondering if someone could suggest some cheap airline companies,
they're going by coach+ferry, and all the places have been taken, so i have to make my own way :puppydoge
i've been told i could probably do it at around £50 return :yummy:

thanks

Yea it's very cheap from england to Amsterdam. I've been twice now and had a blas both times but last New Year was the best.
They got some fuckin good clubs over there if you like that sort of thing. We went to Escape and it was pretty good.

Be wary of the random dealers plagueing the streets yelling 'coka, pills!'
And don't bother buying off them either...let's just say paracetamols don't do much for you when you're trying to get into the groove...

i just checked with bmi, the cheapest return flight would be just under £80 :puppydoge
easjet £60, and jet2 about the same.

looks like jet2 doesnt fly directly to amsterdam, and goes to manchester first though, if im not mistaken.

when u planning on going ?
if u book at least a month in advance(2-3 better) and u can get to Birmingham bmi go from there a lot cheaper than jet2 or eazy jet ,,

me an 3 friends managed to book bmi flights new years eve for only £36.50 return including taxes!
it pays to book well in advance

Booking in advance is the way to go like Hazy said- can get some cheap flights that way. But if your wanting to go, say in the next couple of weeks- i think 60 quid is about the best you can hope for. Thats not a bad price for a return flight for 2 weeks.
Your only other option is to wait around at the airport and hope to get a cheap seat, where someone has not turned up for arrivals, leaving their seat free.

All The Best and Have a great time in the 'dam :D
