There was a big winter festival in my town the other weekend, and me and some of my friends were on our way into downtown. got pulled over because the cop said he had seen the car earlier in the day speeding and wanted to tell the driver to slow down. he smelled the Original hazeXpower plant i had in my front chest pocket almost immediately. He calmly asked who had the MJ, i told him it was me, but not to worry as i am a medical patient in my state. but the kicker is i don't have multiple forms of proof, so i keep the doctors state issue form in my house with the plants as that is the highest risk area. well, he believed me and gave me a written warning declaring i had till the end of the week to prove my medicinal status (but of course he gave me th whole schpeel that he could arrest me...blah blah blah...). Well i showed up early this morning, and things went well. they told me they hadn't seen the new tamper proof paper yet. which was funny cuz when he went to get a copy of my records i told him it wouldn't work and he didn't believe me.. you copy it and it just says VOID everywhere on it. everything went well though, they didn't give me any trouble, and i don't expect to here from them about it ever again. ahhhh its good to see the system work... wish they would just leave everyone alone about it!~

Dude - I'm happy your situation ended up with you on the proper side of the jail bars, but that stop was bullshit, and it's a crap reason for pulling y'all over initially...

He just decided not to pursue your weed - he could have, and would have if you hadn't had paperwork to show some reason. He didn't have to honour that mmj script, but played "nice" and let you skate.

Back to my initial statement - I think it's sad that a leo can just make up a reason, pull someone over, then do a drug bust or other $$$ making venture, because of a badge.

Again - congrats on not getting busted, but that leo was only half "not" a dick...
