Okay this is probly a stupid question. What does it mean when you get little white bumps on the stocks of your plants?

Your plant has an STD....get it to the clinic quick!!!

It's perfectly normal. Nothing to worry about. What are they? Beats me, but they all have them.

lenticels.....

lenticels.....

Small white bumps which form on the mainstem near the base of the plant. They are masses of corky cells that allow gas exchange into, and out of, the stem of the plant due to the rest of the 'bark' being impenetrable to gasses used and released in metabolism. :canabis:

Okay okay okay... just wait tick. You're telling me that these plants get gas? And they must grow multiple 'behind holes' to let it all out? What the hell are you people feeding your poor plants?!?
