little black bugs in my soil. 1mm, not mites! something else!

Hey guys! A week or so ago I noticed a few little bugs crawling around the sides of the solo cups my plants are in. I looked up as many soil pests as I could, and I couldn't find anything about these ones! After not seeing any damage, I decided it wasn't a big deal. But today I noticed a LOT of them after I fed my 2 girls, so I wanted to know, what the heck are they??

Black, about 1mm long. Thick antenae and no interest in leaves, just soil.

Best I could do with a 60x microscope and my phone.
