Paris hilton did a lot more actual jailtime than a 24 year old nobody would have done under the exact same circumstances,I don't understand your argument.The average person under those circumstances would have reported to the LA jail after sentencing and would have been promptly sent home without ever having to see the inside of the jail.

Total BS,anyone ANYONE else without money that violates probation not once but twice goes straight to jail and the original charge comes back and the new charge also.Min Provbation violation for anything is usually 30 days unless its a Felony then it usually is 90,do it a second time///Violate Probation///and youre usually in alot more trouble,no chance of 20 something days lmfao,you could get a year and 1/3 of time shaved off for good time is the most i ever heard of,not 90%.I guess certain States or those in charge of those States dont take driving drunk to much to Heart.

These celebrities are dealt with harshier is because they are impressionable to young people. They are the ones telling the younger generation what is ok and what is not. For the nobody it doesn't matter if they get a harsh or lite sentence because not many people will find out about and if they do they'll probably not recognize them. It is basically setting an example to the public not to do it or you will be punished like them.

BTW I am not quite sure what people see in lindsay shes nothing more than an ugly ginger child to me. Even with her makeup I'd have to be pretty drunk or knowing I'd get some money out of it to have sex with her.
