Lindsay Lohan arrested again

SANTA MONICA, Calif (AP) -- Lindsay Lohan, who just finished a second stint in rehab for substance abuse treatment, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving early Tuesday, authorities said.

Lohan, who is already facing a drunken driving charge in Beverly Hills, was pulled over near the Santa Monica Police Department after authorities spotted her car chasing another vehicle, said Sgt. Shane Talbot.

Authorities conducted a field sobriety test and then transported Lohan to the police department.

The 21-year-old actress was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine, among other charges, Talbot said.

Police found cocaine in one of her pants pockets during a pre-booking search, Talbot said.

A call to Lohan's publicist was not immediately returned.

I'm not in her shoes,but I imagine the challenges are far greater for her than it would be for me.I'd have bonded out,did my probationary encounter groups and accupunture,paid some money and be done with it.She's going to be publically ridiculed,given a "preferable" sentence that more than likely be worse than what I faced,and have to publically live with it long after its over.She needs to consider the possibility of being alcohol free for awhile though thats for sure!

I really don't understand how a judge can be a dick to everyone and yet turn a blind eye to celebs and at the end of his day think to himself justice has been served. Don't you usually get in trouble if people know you are cheating the system...
