Here's a portion of a co-op medical/recreational grow of ours here at 44 N Lat in Oregon. Native soil amended with poultry litter over 10 years and then about 4:1 with coir-based potting soil from previous indoor runs prior to planting.
This is Humboldt Seed Organization Blueberry Headband, which I gather is the same as Emerald Triangle's (it was developed as a joint project), except for the important detail that it has been bred to F6 by HSO. The patients that I work with really appreciated the therapeutic aspects of this when found in dispensaries, so it was decided we would grow a couple and see what phenotypes we got and how they stacked up. BBHB #1
As you can see this one is very vigorous, as advertised. This plant has been topped only once, at the 4th node and is setting up to be a beast. Next week she'll be cleaned up to improve air flow and maybe trained up a little bit.
BBHB #2
This little darling, on the other hand, is not so vigorous. She has had just as much time to develop as her sister, received the same treatment, and seems pleased with life, but represents maybe 10% of the biomass. I am really excited about this plant and eager to see what traits it will exhibit later in life. Getting it in the ground on May 1st will allow us to get the most out of her. Her mutated leaves early in veg, purple stripes along the stems, and generally fruity scent has me hoping that this phenotype shows some of the '76 Blueberry in its flowering traits.
Durga Mata
Durga Mata has been one of my favorites for a long time and patients appreciate its functional dreaminess and unique aroma/flavor profile. It's a pleasure to grow again after several seasons. Not the best yields and not the most potent product, but it is a solid performer that I keep coming back to if I have a "medium" spot to fill in the garden.
I may update these as the summer goes on. Happy growing!
