What option would be the best for 1,2x1,2x2m box?
250hps + 250hps
250mh + 250hps
250mh + 250mh

Also does anyone know what difference would each combination make?

are these your only options? you can get more light in a 1.2 mate... I'd go 400 MH + 400 HPS... if thats on the cards I mean...
