Is it ok to have temps of 76 degrees during lights out?? Im trying to save from running my ac but dont want to risk stress and getting a hermy.

Thats probably the bare minimum.... especially early bloom.. the later bloom you would prob. like to drive those temps down a little more if possible.

lol! pot grows just fine up to 85 degrees, as you go up from there you start to get fluffier buds, stretchier branches, less smell and less thc...

that being said the harvest before my last was grown durring the hottest part of summer and my ac died on me, it was 100-105 in the cab through the whole grow, overall it doesn't affect it that much, yeild was ok, it's just smell wasn't really there and it could have been a bit more potent, but no less than 10% short of my crops grown in cooler temps like my last one...

85 degrees will grow bomb weed all day long, pot evolved for millions of years on the equator, where it is 85 degrees every single day, year round...if pot couldn't take more than 75 degrees there wouldn't be a place on the planet it could be grown outdoors. i don't worry too much about night temps, they say the closer your night temps are to your day temps the better your plants will do, so i mostly just try to keep my day time temps low, and at night i can care less what the temps were...

also i would like to note that i have never gotten more seeds due too high temps or very low temps, i'm sure weaker stock will probably hermie at 100+ but mine didn't seem to...at 85 degrees there isn't a plant out there that would be worth growing that would hermie...

as long as you are under 85 your plants will be fine, and terpenene evap should be minimal, if 75 is the hottest your box gets i think you are in good shape and you should stop stressing so much!

measure the temperature and humidity in your tent with the lights on. there are online calculators for determining your dew point. I would stay a good ten degrees above your dew point.

You will notice less stretching the closer you have your night temp to your day temps.
People who run mini splits dont have any change in their day/night. I plan to manually lower my temps at the end

whoa sloth.. didnt expect to take that kind of beating... its all good. my partnergrower was taking a good beating because he was running lights on at night ( obviously more efficient) then lights off during the day ( basement coal room grow) in the summer. Occasionally his lights out temps would reach or be greater then his day temps and yield and quality were compromised. We tried experiments over the years and pretty much have come to this conclusion. When all else fails what does nature do....... warm in the day.. cool at night.... cooler as the fall harvest season approaches.. its just a plant.

For best results in flower run your ac at 74 at first lowering it down a little at a time until you're around 68 degrees at harvest. If you dont have a window AC fuck it its not that big a deal
