Lights and Ventilation

Hey y'all. Was just reading and I'm Hearing about people switching out their lights from HPS to MH near the end of their grow to help produce more trichs and tighter buds. Ive been having slight light bleaching the past two grows always thinking it was a deficiency of some sort and just learned this current grow what my problem really was. So i've raised my light bit and noticed that the plant furthest from the light throughout the whole grow had an abundance of frost and tight buds on it and its only week 5 today on a 10 week strain. Is it possible that less light intensity could actually be whats the cause of this frost and tightness?
I Mean if your using a 600 hps than switch to 600 mh yeah its the same wattage but also the intensity is lower... I also know they say its the bluer spectrum that causes this mind you i have an hps with enhanced blue...

How much effect do you think the mh spectrum has on tightness and trichs compared to just lowering the light intensity a bit the last two weeks.

I've also noticed buds that are hit by the current of the oscillating fan blow up with trichs more than areas in the middle of plant that don't get much air.

Last thing is about my ventilation. Last year was my first grow indoor during summer i usually like to skip summer. I have a portable ac unit that vents room air out window leaving the bedroom with no intake. i have my tent in this bedroom with intake and exhaust on the tent. The end product last summer was good, but I'm curious as to wether it could have been better with fresher air? i can't open window obviously while using ac. but i figured while the ac is taking the room air and forcing it out the window it was creating a passive intake into the bedroom...? I run my lights while its night outside so me and my girl are sleeping in the room while lights are on so they get their c02 but during lights off during the actual day outside their is no intake into the room of oxygen.

SOOOO lol i guess what I'm asking is if the plants in 4x4x7 tent in a 12x10x10 bedroom with no great air intake other then negative pressure of ac unit will have enough oxygen while their light is off.

I appreciate your help always.

I use 1000w de's which put off a ton of light and i run them full power all the way through the end with no problems. Comes out super frosty and smelly. Ive never tried to switch to mh at the end of flower, but i know you definitely get AAA quality just running de's maxed out all the way through.

Yes they should be getting enough, Ive always believed that they don't use as much co2 while the lights are off any way. I run co2 burners in my rooms and the controllers come with a photo censor to only run co2 while the lights are on. I run sealed rooms so i don't have any fresh air coming into my room at any time so at night theres just fans circulating what air is in there around
