Lightproof vents for a cab... ideas?

If you've got the space you can use 90 degree PVC pipes for ventilation.
Dark room louvers are the recommended choice though. You can find 'em all over the place online. Another option is to use a layer or two of black pantyhose.
Or, if you haven't made the holes for the vents yet, you can use PVC pipes for ventilation and use 2 90 degree elbows with the insides sprayed black:
You could also use the foam board and just make a small lip that extends out and covers the opening.
Those are just a couple options. There are more out there I'm sure. Just take a look around the forums and I'm sure you'll find something that'll work for you.

hte 90º elbows would be cool because it would be easy to mount a fan to and I could run it from the inside of the cab...
I do not like the appearance of the pvc, just a person opinion. I don't want to sound lazy but where are you finding the darkroom vents? I've looked all over and a reasonable priced options seems unrealistic. The best I found where the 8x8 Adorama Louver vents but they are sold out everywhere!!!
