Lightproof Plastic Sheeting?

I need to find a 6x8 lightproof plastic sheet. Does anyone know where I can purchase one online? What thickness should I look for?

I have tried all of the local hardware stores but I cannot find any that are totally light proof.

:yeahthats

Took the words out of my mouth. No better solution if light blockage is all you need. Panda is good for reflective white side but much more expensive.

I was wondering is either of them helped keeping heat out. I'm in an attic and I need to finish up with some plastic. Which will allow the least amount of penatration.

Sure they will both keep heat out while acting as a barrier. Of course you will need some way to vent cool air in while keeping the warm air out. They will both work if you can figure out how to do it tho.

Thanks for the input.

Cooling isn't a problem. I have taken care of that.

Turns out that I am going to use taped together contractor trash bags from costco. I already use them so I have plenty and they are very thick. It should only take four or so for this application, so it's an ideal solution for me.
