I would be surprised if they could not but you have to be prepared for the fact that your yield will suffer dramatically.

yes you can, thats why its called autoflowering, because it flowers without a specific light cycle. QUESTION:so if you flower with 20/4 will that mean a bigger yield??

Afs can grow in anything other than continuous darkness. The more or less light you have available will in the end determine the yield. You can grow them under 4 hours of light a day... they will still grow but you maybe lucky to get a bowl pack or two.

I planted one in the greenhouse 13 days ago (lowlife auto white russian), we are on just under 12 hours light a day now and she is growing very well
