Lighting question

Hey everyone, I’m in the process of getting my outdoor crop ready for this year. Is it ok to switch my veg room from 24/7 to 18/6 overnight and give them a month like that before I put them outside? I’m going to run the lights from 4 a.m-10p.m to match them to day light hours....

I normally run 18/6 anyway, so I don't know specifically, but I wouldn't see why it would hurt them. Especially if you got it to match up with the outdoor hours they were being transplanted into.

good question but I dont think it should matter the time sequence they were on before moving them out, they will adjust accordingly.
