lighting/multi box dilemma

i have 1 cupboard measuring 35.8H x 30W x 19.3D

i have 1 pc box (midi tower ish size)

i have 1 pc box (micro tower size)

i also have 2 400 w hps, 1 200w blue and 1 125w red HPS.


What is the best (i.e. most yeild) combination of these things? i was thinking that the two pc cases can be combined to make 1 big one (with a little tweaking).

if you think i have unnessary lights for the space, say and i can look into selling them

keep 1 400 w, sell the rest and buy a decent cab + material.

If you have cash left after that buy nice seeds.

apologies, the cupboard is a cabinet, ventilated etc. and seeds are taken care of. are you saying pc grows arent worth it at all, even for mother or starting clones?

perhaps i should elaborate, i was wondering whether to put the 400w hps with the 125w red cfl, for flowering, with a 200w pc grow and a spare/saleable 400w hps.

I am building a small cab right now and I feel that even if it's nice to have your own plants, for the efforts, money for parts and nutes, it may not be worth it, I feel that in the end, with all the money I put in the cab it would have been cheaper just to buy some weed.

But, I want to do it for the hobby so...

Given the size of you cab, you will have a hard time keeping it cool with a 400w in. I have a 146 CFM dayton fan and I have a glass below my light and my cab runs at 100F right now... I can't grow anything in it until I find a way around the problem.

I would suggest keeping the 150w and taking some inspiration from mtnjohn's cabinet. Search it, you will see he has a nice setup.
