Light Rails.. RPMS, Track Length, and 0-60 second time delay

I have 6' Light rail with 1000w HPS lights in them In Air Cooled Hoods..

the motor is 10RPM and its got a 0-60sec delay...

Whats the best delay seting? or should it be off?
