Light Proofing

So I'm light proofing a room, an attic to be specific. I am noticing a few smal spots of light, more glowing really, that aren't really emitting light. Only thing that seems to emit light is the white exhaust duct hooked up to the dayton. I have grown in rooms with light leaks before with success (albeit very small light leaks), i wondering if a few even small lights spots will really affect the outcome?

Thanks much!

Just a heads up...

If your growing in your attic be sure to shhet rock the roof of your room and place insulation between the actual roof and the sheet rock.

I had a buddy who grew in his attic in the midwest and after the 1st snow we are pulling into his driveway and there is a perfect square of roof where the growroom is under and the rest of the roof was completely covered with snow.

Plus I think the insulation will help keep LEO from spotting your grow should they attempt to use heat detection technology in your area.

I wish I could grow in my attic, but its too hot where I live.

that would look funny as hell to see that roof like that!! LOL!

About the light, you can emmit as much as the moon light. I think you should be OK, as long as it is not breaking through and produceing a bewam of light.

Thanks

Thanks

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, this won't be a winter grow, only a summer/fall. The snow won't come here until Late december so I should be fine :p

Thanks again!

how do you plan on cooling this room?

Attics are usually hot as hell? Just curious

I wanted to do an attic room, but could not think of a simple way to cool the room enough
