Light options (LED vs CFL)

I am in a minor dilemma and would like some input. I am planning on doing a pc case grow. I have a mid tower 14hx15lx8depth.

This will have one 80mm fan and a 120mm fan.

My options are as follows. I have 3 55w CFL (the large cfl), and 5 23w cfl (all of these including the 55 are 2700k).

OR i can pop in a MarsHydro 300w red spectrum LED I am borrowing from a buddy.

in order to get a few milli-grams to toke every 90 days

I'd go the CFL bulb,

anything under 200watts is cfl territory

and above 250w is led

but you really need to get some space in there ..?
