I bought a green light from home depot, was woundering if it will be ok to keep on and or how long i can work for when my light are of for 12 hours.

Also my plants have been in flowering for 6 days now and i noticed a super small light leak coming in from my door, will this already of affected my plants. I was going to spray reverse or snowstorm ultra because I heard it help reverse hermaphrodites. NEED some advice !

It's hard to say because im not there. All light leaks should be alleviated and rectified as SOON as possible, they could cause issues. If you have a light meter, go measure the amount of like coming through the door, if it's a few lumens you'll probably be fine, though the strain's hermie tendencies are another key factor to put into place.

You can work in your grow room with normal light for as long as you want ONCE, You should be fine with the green light, but regardless of which, that GREEN CFL/floodlight that you bought is going to throw off more than just the green spectrum. I'd worry a lot less about the green light affecting your plants, and more about that light leak. Go back to home depot and pick up some weather stripping, get rid of that seem for good!!!

Other advice: Look through the plants closest to the door, inspect for pollen sacks, cut them out. Other than that I can't help you bro, dealt with hermies once, sucked it up; im making sure it doesn't happen again.

only use the green light for emergencies. plug ALL light leaks.

learn what a hermie looks like and check for them.

don't ask how i learned this...

i would use the small green led headlamp if you must go in darktime... get it at a growshop or on the net. use it only when you must...

good luck on your grow!

Get one of the green lights, looks like one of those energy saver bulbs, from the hydro store or from a online store if you can. It looks like a normal white buld while turned off but when lit it's green. You need nothing but green light coming from it. I've got one I've had for years and have had no problems with hermi's what so ever using it. I'm notorious for leaving a light on in my bloom room when I leave. Have left this one on many, many time and have never had a problem. Also, check all timers that have lights on them. If the lights are green you're good. If any have red lights on them, as many do, use tape or anything you can to hide any and all of that red light. Have had a branch or two over the years throw on some male flowers for just this very reason. Wouldn't think it matters but it does.

Thanks resinryder! You made me feel a lot better I actually left my green light on for a while so I was concerned. Didn't know that about the red light either.
Thanks again
