Light dep advice needed ...

I have an opportunity to run a 12, 000 sq ft setup , no plant limit ..I’m no stranger to growing , I’ve just always done gorilla style in the NE .. That being said , I need to do a spread sheet , figure out overhead , the structure , lights soil , etc ..

So any insight on set up , techniques and optimizing space and yield would be greatly appreciated... I’m green in the light dep game lol ..
