The Mendocino Medical Marijuana Advisory Board announces that they will hold a public forum and workshop on the subject of Cannabis Legalization.

Set for Saturday, April 24 at 1 pm, the event will be held at the Saturday Afternoon Club at 107 South Oak Street in Ukiah.

Noted pot lawyer
Omar Figueroa will speak about "The State of Our State".Attorney Edie Lerman will ask "Are County Cannabis Laws Unconstitutional?" Bert Mosier: CEO, Ukiah Chamber of Commerce wonders about"A Realistic Business Approach" for the community. Area 101 Proprietor Tim Blake will speak about "Cannabis Collectives: Creation of a Niche Economy." Lloyd Hambrick COO, WEST Company will discuss "Microenterprise Development." Richard Lee will be there and offer discussion about the Tax Cannabis 2010 Initiative: "What Will It Legalize?""What's After Pot?" is a Workshop & Stakeholders' Survey planned for the event, and coordinated by Anna Hamilton with Ellen Komp, Deputy Director CaNORML.

Admission is just $10 at the door, no one turned away for lack of funds.

10 Dollars well spent if you ask me but i am thousands of miles away but interested nonetheless as i was a cali resident for many, many years.
