hello everybody...small update - the Jaggen does pretty fine, sick stuff...All 5 plants look pretty. There is 4 new PP's, vegged as well, day 4 now. They're the bit brighter looking plants in between without preflowering yet.

last thursday i harvested the two small PP's:

the product is not ready yet but starts to look and smell better:

hey zarn :) i will as soon as it's in a good condition, this might still
take 2-3 weeks with the PP... i had a smoke from the first 'bastard' buds this weekend. Those small ones i harvested a few weeks ago...
I am amazed, it's not as bad as i thought. Has a nice smell of lemons, same for the taste - very mild and fruity. Was a bit scared that all these buds were going to be bubbled but it does not seem so. Not a bad smoke, nice high - not too strong, seems like the right stuff for an early smoke if you're not into wasting the whole damn day ^^

the pp smells so good i want it to be completely cured nooow damnit ^^ but we'll be patient :)

though there is already jaggen that can be consumed...and its damn tasty.

A little bit seeded, it was one of the small plants from the first run that met the bastard in action. I was very lucky at this time that no other plants were harmed (like the SW!) El Bastardo was 'parked' right between the air intake and filter that date...Others would have killed it...i kept it because it looked to damn nice and the yield was so promising. It payed out. The bananas did not come back. I'll just never grow the stuff again :) And i'm happy that it's out of my tent. Let's take a look at it now...Jaggen Day 31 (had to bind it to the corner with it's top bud so it's not getting roasted) and the PP's are day 4 now and seem to like the new enviroment....

U mean the whole grow...or do u want to know the yield of certain plants?
The whole grow is hard to tell though, right now the last ones that have been there from the start are cut down - only Jaggen and PP's left (only vegged plants and no more experiments ^^)

Problem is: still not all of it is completely cured and dried. There were a couple of small jaggen (4 i think) and 2 smaller bastardos...i can not really tell how much that was all together, maybe 80-100g? These were the very first lousy ones, some cut down to early because other more proper plants needet the space...

The big Bastardo was 450g wet. This was trimmed buds only. Dry ~ 120-140g...they are really crispy now and in good smoking condition. The two first PP's had a wet yield (trimmed buds only...almost no sticks) of about 130g together...i cut down the last one of them on monday, 85g bud...the SW was 206g....still curing...i really have no idea how much it will be dried. At least a kilo of buds but wet...maybe 300g dry...im not completely sure. Most was from the test run, i hope for a very big improvement and more accurate numbers from now on (well if you compare beginning and now...the SW is so tiny now compared to the big Jaggen ^^ im excited)

With previous grows i lost much more weight when drying, buds were more fluffy, more sticks and smaller buds, the loss was much much worse. I do not really care too much about formulas and rules because right here i mention it again: every strain is so damn differnt. If you know wet you never really know dry yield...it differs a lot. Think if you grow one strain for a while you might be able to set up a sort of rule for your own conditions. Well...my experience so far at least :) I'll keep u up to date.

I think I was asking for overall, but each strain's weight is interesting too. I see your point on weighing each different strain. It can be a chore especially when you are growing several strains with different grow schedules. I kinda get carried away after drying, because I am anxious to smoke and I tend to forget to weigh it.

Good luck with your drying!

A few small improvements for the watering, will improve that part of my grow and build an automated system, but ^^ this helps a lot for now:

Postes a lot of new Jack Flash pictures into my other report mentioned above...THe PP growing in the right side is doing quite ok, starting to bud...here just some pictures of the very top of some PP:

That's it for now :)
