The Santa Ana (Orange County) DA is charging 3 LEO with petty theft for swiping and eating cookies and protein bars. There is some argument they also scarfed up edibles. One of those LEO was also charged with vandalism for smashing up cameras. They disabled a 16 camera system, but a hidden 4 camera system photographed LEO at work. Supposedly the dispensary lacked the necessary permits so it was raided. It sounds like the DA is pushing this one through the legal system. The LEO are on paid administrative leave.
