My partner and I have an indoor greenhouse that's approx 1400 square feet yet we only have 24 plants with vegetables interspersed amongst the plants. El Dorado county just enacted an ordinance last year allowing cultivation of up to 200 square feet outdoors, if fenced with an opaque 6-8 foot fence. We have five cards at present, allowing for a total of 50 mature plants. Even though we have half the allowed number of plants planned, should we still be concerned that we're breaking the law based upon the 200 square foot limit?
