Legal Buds

I've got a question about the so called "legal buds" that International Oddities markets. What kind of buds are they? My guess is they're some sort of a hemp derivative because people claim they have such a low THC count that they're legal. The only reason I'm asking is because I picked some up to ease myself through quitting smoking real buds and my roommates harassed the **** out of me about what exactly they are.

Help me out.

Try Salvia divinorum! It's legal, and it works..Not so much like weed tho.

Salvia isn't like weed, don't go around just recommending it to anyone. It can cause major mental problems and psychosis. Take extreme caution when using.

yep Salvia isn't like weed in any way except you smoke it
and I certainly wouldn't recomend it to others as a substitute for weed or god forbid smoking "legal" fake bud

I think salvia is pretty save if you only use the leaf. And don't smoke too much of it.
I find it pretty similar to weed in low doses actually. High doses en extracts make you trip balls (when used correctly, I don't know many people who ever had any OOBE's or something on Salvia, I have though). Not many people seem to be able to truely experience it.
But in low doses it makes you pretty stoned IMO.

Salvia is one of those things that you do once in a blue moon. Or when you are very VERY bored. Its more of a "mind****"

I like it a little, just HATE how hot I get and how much I sweat on it.

Mr. Celsius, do you have the documentation to the mental problems/ psychosis? Were you describing the trip, or does this happen awhile afterwards? Longterm effects?

Temporary psychosis would actually be the absolute best way to describe a salvia trip.
Wanna know what is like to be crazy? Take the biggest hit in your life of salvia 20x, and hold it in till your about to explode.

I have heard good things about the Spice smoking blend...
there are many many coming out (chill is basically the same)
they are getting better
but spice is about the same price as the herb, so might as well go with the real deal since its usually easier....and will def get you stoned! lol, some people get nil...
i havent tried but know many who have and say they can hardly tell the diff....

salvia is very intense stuff. unless you have divination purposes dont use it!!!!! it is an extremely potent disassociative. save it for healing and other introspection. it will not get you high in any way. be prepared to have an OOBE, and possibly black out and have your body do stuff without you knowing (walk run, possibly hurt itself, and you wont be aware of it)

Salvia is some crazy shit....Not for everyone and I don't think you could smoke it a couple times a day like herb. I've done it once and that was enough for me, just not my thing. I read an article on that Oddities stuff a while back and you might as well go to the kitchen and get some spices, throw it all together and smoke that. That stuff is crap and all it will do is give you a headache. The article said that only the owner of the company and one or two others even know whats in that stuff. Can't remember where I read this or I'd tell ya.

salvia is marketed absolutely horribly. i.e. in headshops. it shoudlnt be sold there!!!!!! its quickly becoming illegal though, many many states have taken up legislation and it is a losing battle. only a few states so far in which it has come up in legislation have managed to keep it 18+ legal. other places its schedule 1. and like cannabis, there has been very very very little research put into the plant/active chemical (salvinorin-A) which is very unique and may provide great insights into the opioid receptors of the brain.

and yea with those smoke blends they are very secretive, but with something like Spice, which many people, as I said, cannot really tell the diff with, it kind of makes sense cause I bet they are rollin in the dough right now, or will be very soon. only thing is Spice is hard to get int he US because the manufacturers dont want it made illegal here (it is a proprietary blend of diff herbal extracts), there are a few places on the net though. I would just stick with the real deal.

I ripped a bowl pack of some 30x extract about a year ago out of my binger. Let's just say it was the worst decision of my life haha! I remember looking at my friends having this crazy tune in my head, everything was spinning clockwise, then he began to slowly melt, then I melted. I don't BS my trips it was seriously that intense! The trip felt like 10-15 minutes but my friends who were watching says I was only tripping for at most 3-4 minutes. The wierd thing was when I came out of it I looked at myself and was all dirty. My friends told me I hopped out of the chair I was sitting on and then layed on his garage floor flat on my stomach. I had no memory or even a clue of me doing this. Some pretty crazy stuff for sure!

I got a friend some legal buds for his birthday as a joke and then I gave him some real pot for his birthday. But we rolled a huge joint of the legal buds and smoked it first. All I can say is it was funny for the first two or three puffs and then I was ready to smoke some real weed.
