LED lights

Does anyone grow using the LED grow lights? How are they working? Do you wish you'd bought HID instead?

please explain what you mean.....led lights are often very small, practically no source of light for a plant...could be confused?

Theres a thread in the designs section about LED's. I believe its called the LED advancement thread or something of the sort. Check out planet ganja as well, do a search for LED and theres some great info there too.

I've done some research and LED grow lights are available, The energy savings and reduction in heat is very interesting Check out ledgrowlights.com I'm not sure if they've progressed enough or not but they are out there and a very interesting choice for the future.

The threads offer quite bit of hope.
As for buying LEDs from places like ledgrowlights.com and so on. I had 3 sets. Most of the LEDs on the market stink. They don't do much at all.If you are doing a micro grow and you do your own construction, then try it out. Otherwise don't bother.
