led light repair

Hey guys, to make a long story short I purchased this used led grow light on Kijiji and four light strips have gone out. Does anybody happen to know a reputable place where I can get it repaired out of Ontario, Canada? This thing is a beast and I don't want to attempt to repair it myself in fear of messing it up more. Thank you
