LED grow

This is my first indoor grow i started in December last year (2016).
Im using a 135w (3w Chips) UFO "Mary Jane" LED. 4 parts Palm Peat,1 part odorless Topsoil. The nutrients im using are Kelpak Seaweed, Kelpak Fish Emulsion, 3-1-6 plant food. Iv got 2 Widow Skunks (De Sjemaan), 1 Sugar Black Rose Auto (Delicious Seeds) and 1 Moon Walker Kush (Spliff Seeds) growing. The Auto is on Day 35 the breeder says 45-55 days seed to harvest,we'l see, i might push it to 60 depending on the yield.Watering has been kept minimal, round about 500ml every 4-7days. The Temp is round about 30C and Humidity is round 50%.

They seem to be doing the job,i have nothing to compare against cos iv never used Fluros,MH or HPS. We'l see how the final yield turns out.

:) im itching to taste that Moon Walker

oyeah and i think its important to keep the LEDs far enough away its currently about 30cm from the top of tallest plant.Anywhere between 30-60cm is good i rate.

I thought it would be a good idea having a Auto going along with the photosensitives...now I got a uneven canopy with the Auto getting too close to the LED and not enough space to tie it down. Looks like I'm going to have to go buy a grow tent this weekend.

From someone whose only used HIDs and have grown beautiful plants, the plants Ive seen grown with LEds are more beautiful.Stay with them.Use something like a tray or books to even the smaller plants with the larger and get an even canopy

If you check out my grow, I did the same thing. I put the autos in 3 gallons and the photos in 5 gallons. I did have to tilt the led a bit for a little while but the photoperiods will eventually catch up.. I'm also pretty sure you can put your led closer to your plants.. 135 watts won't burn them as long as it isn't too hot

ok thanks there's not much heat il experiment abit to try find the best height, obviously abit higher has a better spread. Im gonna go ahead and get the tent in anycase to help with reflection and light proofing etc. if theres enough space il add 2 unused 50w panels that i have as side lighting.

Btw nice grow and setup, your LED panel looks dope :good:
