LED eye protection

Can anyone please recommend a pair of glasses to protect your eyes from LED lights in the grow room? I've looked at a couple of pairs but the reviews are all over the place, and I don't know what to buy. Thanks.

Any bright environment lens with uv protection will do.....
No need to get fancy but my oakley black iridium lens works like a charm!

Thanks. I kept seeing people mentioning these glasses in videos so I thought there was special about them, but now I realize they were selling the glasses 😆

I'm just finishing my first run with LEDs.

Some green tints might do it. Most LEDs are strong in the blue which makes us squint, and strong in the red. If you use a tint that allows green though while attenuating everything else, that's gonna be good.
I wouldn't worry about UV. LEDs can't make any realistic amounts.

You can buy a green window tint film aimed at the car market. Most suppliers on eBay offer samples for small beans. Your local optician is chucking out last seasons shows frames, with plain lenses. All of which come out.

I actually turned a friends old prescription into sunglasses for him. I had a couple of bubbles if I'm honest, but for the job at hand, you don't need to follow the curvature of a lens. Just pop them out and bin them if you can't get it right.
Really bad 3d glasses are flat. Red and Blue, but you can change that.

I have worked under green light for many hours. You kinda forget. We see more shades of green than any other colour. It's when you walk out that it hits you. It's worth doing, just for the effect :)

You should worry about UV. It turns your eye lenses the same color and opaqueness as an old MGB convertible back window. IR just fries the eyes.
