Leaves twisting/curling and neon green

So my clones didn't react too well to the first feeding of 1.5ml ea of GH grow micro and bloom.. I cut the recommended dosage for seedlings in half, and even that seems to have burned them. Luckily I flushed after about 2 hours seeing there would be problems and nothing too bad happened.

However the top leaves are twisted/curled up, and the majority of the plant has a neon-green to yellowy look to it.. I have included a pic, unfortunately you can't see the curling toooooo much..

I also filled out all the info below.. So what shoud be my course of action? Did I just overnute them? Or is there some other problem??

How long has this problem been going on?
Since first feeding them last night after about 3 days of watering with PH adjusted water at 6.0

Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? (example: Hydrohut or any other non brand tents) No.

What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...)
It is a drain to waste with 6 inch rockwool cubes watered twice a day. Kind of like a flood and drain I guess

What STRAIN are you growing?
Green Crack

What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?) Clones from a reputable source

What is the age of your plants? 5 days

How long have they been in there mixture they are in now?(coco, soiless etc..)
The whole 5 days

How tall are the plants?
about 6 inches

What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Vegging

What Technique are you using?
6 inch rockwool cubes. Sort of a hybrid flood and drain
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.)
Grodan rockwool

What is the Water temperature?
Cool tap water. Don't think it matters in this type of setup right?

What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy?
In rockwool, but I'm guessing looking good

What Nutrient's are you using?(If growing soiless)
General Hydro Grow Micro Bloom only for right now

How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
Using 1.5ml of each (grow micro bloom) in 2 gallons of water. ppm after is around 360. however a lot of that is due to the ppm in tapwater, which is around 250..

How often are you feeding? (If using soiless) O
nly once so far

How often are you giving nutrients? (If using soiless)
Only once so far

What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
Grow micro bloom

What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using?
375

What is the pH of the "Tank"?
6.1
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment?
yes
When was your last watering?
last night

What size bulb are you using?
under floro tubes for now while 600's are being shipped
What is the distance to the canopy?
2 inches or so

What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
oscillating fan blowing on them at low strength

Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
yes

What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
Tap water with a ppm of 270 ish. Going to start using RO water this week. (on a side note,, will I need to use cal mag with that??)

Classic overfeeding ..... water only until you get green new growth

Thats what I figured. Thanks. Damn I can't believe that small amount of nutes blasted them that badly.. Do you have and recommendations on how weak I should start.. I was thinking trying to use .5ml per 2 gallons next time.. Still think it will burn? ANd sorry for so many questions? But when using the tap water, does the ppm in the tap water affect the plant? Like if the ppm is 250, and I add nutes equal to 100ppm, does the plant feel the full effect of 350ppm? Is that why it could have burned??

Wow that was not stated well. sorry

I have been trying to find a rough ppm schedule somewhere, but had no luck.. It would def be pretty helpful even though i know it would only be a rough stimate

Plants dont care about total ppm as much as the ppm of each nutrient, if you have 400ppm and 350ppm of it was N youll get different type of burn then if 350ppm was calcium + mag.

I put my cubes into my DWC bucket and run .6 ec which is 300 ppm, I get multiple 5" roots poking out where the night before there was none, when I tried to run just a plain cube I overnuted. Make sure you water to runoff, salts build up in cubes _fast_

Gotcha. Wow I feel dumb for asking this, but I'm guessing that I should take the ppm after adding each nute (grow micro blend) and that way I know how much ppm of each nute there is??

Or just eyeball the ratios, a full chemical analysis is not feasible, keep the ppms within range and change out weekly and allow a bit of a PH drift to absorb all nutes in their correct amounts

Here is a basic guide:

Indica's
Seedlings and clones 300-400ppm 5.3-5.5 ph
early vegg 500-600ppm 5.3-5.6 ph
middle vegg 600-800ppm 5.4-5.6 ph
late vegg 800-1000ppm 5.5-5.7 ph
early flower 1000-1300ppm 5.5-5.7 ph
middle flower 1400-1600ppm 5.5-5.8 ph
late flower 1000-1100ppm 5.5-5.7 ph
ripening 300-500ppm 5.4-5.6 ph

sativa's
seedlings and clones 250-350ppm 5.3-5.5 ph
early vegg 300-500ppm 5.3-5.6 ph
middle vegg 500-700ppm 5.4-5.6 ph
late vegg 700-900ppm 5.5-5.7 ph
early flower 1000-1100ppm 5.5-5.7 ph
middle flower 1100-1300ppm 5.5-5.8 ph
late flower 800-1000ppm 5.5-5.7 ph
ripening 300-500ppm 5.4-5.6 ph

ive seen people let the ph swing all the way up to 6.0 down to 5.2 with no ill effects.
LET IT DRIFT A BIT

Credit goes to: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=132558 cocktail frank!! Go there and give your k+ :)

( personally I recommend letting your PH go fully up to 6.0 before PHing back down )

Also make sure you are using the right conversion. PPM is estimated from ec, theres x500 and x700, those values should be 700x which is for American meters. All measurements include tap water value, so go by final value I believe ( the 100ppm of cal + mag + whatever your tap water has should count )
