Leaves turning white?

I've had a couple plants outdoor (bagseed) for about a week now , they were started quite a while ago inside...anyways the leaves are turning white , i'm at 43n.. maybe too cold? there hasn't been frost in almost and mounth and no sign of frost in the furtue , i'm a nood so i'm at a loss..

White usually indicates a deficiency in the nutrient/ph formula you're using... perhaps additional information could help...

looks like a ph problem causing a nitro def. are you using tap water?
what nutes are u using?
looks like they need ph'd water or nitrogen.

It could either mean they are hungry or putting themout side under the great big sun could have caused some bleaching. But I think it may be a feeding issue, like DH said we need more info....

What mixture are they in?
You feed them yet? If so how much and what kind of food?

what is the Temps 43 F?
