leaves turning brown and curling under

This just started happening about 5days ago
im at day 13 and they seem to be growing slowly.

there are brown spots on many of the lower leaves

Please help me guys

HEAT STRESS THEY DONT NEED TO BE SO CLOSE THAT YOUNG!!! a window with barely any light would do!!! move them back, get a fan going, and hopefully someone will give you advice on how to save them because they look nearly dead

What kind of soil are your seedlings in? They look awfully small to be at day 13. I'm betting your soil is too hot and it's stunting the plants growth.

If you want your plants to have a chance at survival, you'll need to answer as many of these questions as you can so that the experts can diagnose your problem correctly.

What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What Nutrient's are you using?How much of each with how much water? How Often? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?

I sort of doubt that 2 26 watt CFL's could be too hot for the plants. Wait for one of the pro's to confirm.... but I'm guessing you need to transplant out of that miracle gro and into some lighter soil with some perlite in it.

There is no way those 2 cfls are causing the problem, the problem is this

SOIL:miracle grow potting soil
Is it the 3 month timed relased ferts you are using?
IF so, the sooner you get them out of there the better, they won't live if they stay in there. Use miracle grows seed starter mixture, easy to use and while using it set it and forget it, but make sure you transplant after 2 weeks of it's use.

Did you add bark to the mixture?
How often are you watering? Are there holes at the bottom of the cups?

Looks like you have been also overwatering which is help contributing to the yellowing.

and no i didnt add bark and i water only when the soil is dry and yes there are holes in the bottom of the cups.

Ok how often do you water then? Watering when soil is dry is not a time frame as it could be anytime...... When you do water, do you water to where there is run off everytime?

i have grown multiple plants with success,
i dont have a time frame its just whenever
i feel as if the soil is drying up i give em a some water
