leaves curling up and turning brown at tips

Just within the past few days I have noticed the tips of the upper leaves start to curl upwards and brown at the ends. Any ideas? About a week left to go till harvest. I began flushing two days ago and stopped with the ferts as well. Only thing I can think is the temperatures are a bit high, but that has been the case since day 1 and it has not seemed to bother the plants.

Thanks!

Temps will cause curling leaves like that when you get radiant heat; how hot is your temps?
and what is your RH?

Can you fill out some more of these questions so we can get more information about your grow?

SOIL:
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? (percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
What method of pH test was administered?
When was your last water?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?

HYDROPONICS:

What is the Water temperature?
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each if using multiple?
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using?
What is the pH of the "Tank"?
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment?
When was your last watering?
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional)

Underwatering? Heat stress... possible nute burn? Listen to Stitch, the dude will help you fix what's wrong, not to mention he's quick and efficient.

Also, some of the lower leaves are turning a light green/yellow

Here it goes with the list...

Strain is C99
Grow setup is a micro-grow (about 4 cubic feet of space)
12/12 from seed
Plants are 56 days old and in the end of flowering (guessing 1 week from harvest)
8" pots
60% soiless mix, 20% perlite, 20% worm castings
Soil enriched with 2tbs/gal Lime, 1tbs/gal Blood meal, 2tbs/gal Bone meal, and 1tbs/gal Kelp meal
Nutes are Alaska 5-1-1 fish emulsion, Schultz 10-15-10, all half strength, and Liquid Karma
pH of runoff is around 6.0
pH of tap water is about 6.3
Tap water is soft
Last feeding was on day 50
Began flushing on day 54 with tap water amounting the volume of each container
Distance from ground to top of highest bud is 10-12"
Canopy temperature I have seen as high as 88 degrees although usually does not exceed 85.
Nighttime temps do not drop below 65 degrees
Lighting is 6 23w CFL's
Airflow is 65cfm
Air is drawn across the plants, but there is no fan blowing on the plants
Soil dries completely between waterings
No cloning, pruning or pests

...phew

Edit: no idea what my RH is

Ya, I will have to agree with core looks like a little bit to much nutrients; how often are you feeding your plants? Need exact dosage of each nutrient... half strength does not help :(

another thing; not good to add so many soil mixture additives to soiless mixture additives because of the ph differences

you just got lucky and added the right amount and do not have pH issues.

Here's a better picture I just took of the plants.

Currently at day 57, supposed to flower in 50 days. Pistils shown at day 18, so 50+18=68 days till finish. That means 11 days more, give or take, although I'm not sure how accurate this method is.

On the nutes, I'm using 1/2tsp per quart of the Liquid Karma and Alaska Fish Emulsion, and 4 drops of the Schultz.

I have only fed the plants maybe 5 times, starting at day 33. Nutes go with the waterings, which are 4-5 days apart. And like I said, I have since stopped with the feeding, although I still added the liquid karma at last watering.

Thanks for the help guys!

Edit: When I mixed the soil up to begin with, I measured a pH of 6.6

Those look sexy as hell and near finish the plants will always degrade some. At two weeks till harvest flushing wil esp make them lime up and start to eat themselves for those last nutes. SEXY dude.

Oh and go get a 12 dollar micro scope at radioshack or somewhere like that. Easy fix for when to harvest. With a hybrid like CINDY(that sexy bitch) I'd personlly wait till all was cloudy with some ambers in there to be a nice heavy stone but not put me to sleep. Stay with flushing and always go by the plant not the "recommended" flower time. Grow room climate can change that guestimite easily :joint: .
