hello everybody!?

i got this probelm when i goes into my garden today:

half of my clones leave drooped and the leave curved inward and start being crushy and breakable.

The cause is I apply the neem oil mixture before i light them for 18 light of veg(because i don't know i have to apply them before lights off)

The bad part is the tempurate in my local area raise those day and cause my garden really heated up. Around 90~95.

But their leaves don't appear to turn yellow still greenish. They are under some heat stresses and the neem oil burned them right?

I got those clones jsut for 1 days, and i don't want to waste money on them again. Is there a solution to save those clones or i better off buy some new ones?

hello Litz C

yes you have made that typical beginers mestake of spraying your plants during lights on. this causes them to get burned. but don't worry they will come back and the new growth will be healthy. just never turn the lights on untill your plants are all dry again after spraying. i always try and spray after lights off. if i can't, then i just unplug the hps lamps and spray and wait an hour and tuurn it on again.

its funny how often people forget to tell folks about this danger of spraying, as it will cause a few days of wasted time.

peace and good luck

thanks... I turned the light off for 15 hours already and they still seem all droop.

will they still grow back up? it happen to my clone in my first grow and i put them over night darkness, next day the leaf grow back up again.

But this time i already gave them overnight darkness to rest and they seem still drooping. The strain still staight up just all the leaves are drooped.

oh yeah btw do i still spray water on them when they are drooping?

they should be sprayed after you water them good or they will take that spray of neem and suck it up thru their leaves than droop and curl and shrivel and may become brittle too. I've seen it and done it too.

Just make sure when you spray any chemical or nutes give um water before hand and spray later in the evening. Not in the morning (IMO)

They were just using that spray as a water source cause probably not enough water just before you sprayed.
At least that's what it sounds like to me.

Keep those clones man.
Dont give up on um yet.
They are very resiliant plants and can take alot of crap. :dueling:

just keep looking after them with a weak fert solution, and really don't spray them under the hps lamp, turn it off , or spray when it turns off. if i was you i would wait a few day with spraying them again. as droopy plants are not in the right state to be sprayed. they need to recuporate first. give them time, don't let the light be too close either while they are not 100% ok again. hope it helps....peace out

now i seperate them to a place without anylight now and let them rest for couple days and see how it turn out... so i shouldn't even bother to spray them with plain water too huh. Oh yeah btw i place them in a room with 50~65% humity and temp around 60~70F... hope they get better soon :badday:
