looks to me like they are rootbound..transplant them into bigger pots

When was the last time you fed your plants, you said you only fed them once, what was the dosage? How much of that nutrient to how much water?
Need to know the brand too.
If the soil is generic, I am sure it has no nturients to it. You get what you pay for, cheap soil= lots of plant problems.
Do you know what is in the soil mixture? Did you add rocks to the mixture? Or was it already in the mixture? Are there rocks where the roots are at?
Can you take some better pictures so I can see the color of the leaves?
Are the leaves veins yellow?
The pictures are so dull and grainy I can't see the color of the plant correctly.

You did not list what your pH was, you have to test it and with your mixture being cheap, the soil pH may be off.

Your plants have got to be hungry man, they need a balanced nutrients fed every 7 days..... but do not listen to the directions on the back of the bottle, then you end up burning them and you got a whole new problem......

Probably, first time i fed plants, give too many nutrients.... but I don't know exact dosage!
I added rocks in the mixture, and roots are near rocks.
Higher leaves are perfect, green, lower leaves are a little yellow, with many dark stains.
I'm using tap water, of course
I don't know pH, and I don't have tools for testing it

When you have rocks in your mixture, you not only make it harder to find out if your pots need water, but you also cause damage to the roots, they also get stunted and having to grow around the roots....... do not use rocks in the mixture anymore.
You can buy pH test strips to test the run off water of the pots. Make sure there is a wide range of pH on the bottle, it tests 4pH to 10 pH.
If it does not have a range like that do not get it.
If you can, post some better pictures it will help out a ton more if you get more clear pictures.
I would do is get better soil and not use the soil you have, your rocks are a big problem...... and get pH tested and get some nutrients soon, if you get good soil you won't have to feed them for around 20 days.....

i will tell you from my experience arjans shit haze eats very little and just throws a fit if you feed even a little to much...i had to cut my nute strength in half for this one...but im a hydro guy
