Leaf problem.

all i see is a little curling. the plant looks green tho. i do see a little yellow on the lower leave at the tip. may want to look in the big sticky that has all the problems.
i wouldn't worry bout the curling specially since its on 1 leave, are you using any nutes or anything yet? still small so dont get crazy with nutes (probably dont even need any)

Dude, you gotta give more information to your growing conditions, otherwise you won't get your answer since it could be a lot of things. I will say the leave is heat stressed that is for sure. Dry heat or light being too close causing the plants to curl to help save moisture and trying to save the leaf.

Im using this kind of light.
The leaf was about 5cm close to light.

That is very close, even CFL's can cause heat stress, but they have to be very close, so I would move the light a little bit away and they will be fine, like I said it looked like heat stress and I know from experience they can cause a problem, but it has to be extremely close.
Heat will degrade chlorphyll, did you move the lighting up like I said too?
The damage won't recover and if it is still doing it then you will have to move it up a little bit higher.
