Need a little help, old time living soil guy switched to coco.
First seed attempt in coco. Started with 18-20hr soak, paper towel, then right to Canna coco. Calimagic 150/200ppm with 1ml/gal A&B ph 6.1 first few waterings. As plants grew switched to calimagic to 200ppm (water 50ppm out RO), then added A&B and rhizo equal amounts till about 270/300 then due to reading switched to 400ppm (3ml/gal) ph 6.0. Seedlings now 2ish weeks old and grow everyday in solo cups with one hand watering daily with some run off.
New veg room thats still in need of some environmental additions. so lights on 24/7 (mixed six row 1000w mh/hps adjustawings 3’above with humidity being 30’s now this week keeping in mid 40’s. In & outake with winter air to control room at 78deg F
I’m wondering if my leaf issues are from too much nutrients or calmag. I know humidity needs be up around 60% but working on getting room humidifier. I flower in 3’ & 5’s and feed x1 daily 500ppm with 2-2.5lb average, but now am doing own veg as well. I know many feed 600-1200ppm but with big plants and hand watering I get burnt tips and problems about 600 so been feeding bloom on lighter side. But yea now trying learn coco in veg and hoping for some good help
