If you suspect the neighbors across the street, maybe you can confront them in a way that doesn't imply weed.
Say that your property was broken into and so vandalism occured or something. Or somebody stole your dog, or some shit.
Look for their reactions. Rental house with young guys, means they have nothing to lose, they would be my prime suspect. The younger they are the stupider they are.
Camera's are good, but nothing like a big, mean fucking dog or three. At the pound around here you can get a dog with shots, spayed /neutered, and free first visit to the vet for about $100.
So for $300 you could have one hell of a pack. Ofcourse food is going to cost you.

how is that? its outdoor harvest time all across the globe! theres a ton of cheaper stuff around this season for sure though in the northern cali region, its not even halloween and some folks are backed up already. its funny getting 3 calls a day from growers tryng to unload product having to tell them sorry its not 2008 anymore gotta lower that ticket if its gonna move. some outdoor growers pulled some really nice stuff this season, the average smoker would have no idea its backyard boogie its all nice bright green well trimmed frosty decent stank nuggetry
So you are a broker? I thought I remembered you saying that. Any advice for someone wanting to learn to be a broker or is it as simple as judging the dankness, beating the price down, and finding a suitable buyer asap?
a broker is nothing without a good customer base and good plugs...before you even take anything gotta have some idea of where to place it..or instead of a broker you become a hoarder stuck with alotta trees! and if people seem unreliable cut them off quickly...better to have them run on that 200 dollar tab than the 2k tab...and dealing with mostly college kids and people with a decent head on their shoulders (no gangbangers)...and try to get your growers to front it too...that way if you get any surprises later (some hidden budrot you didnt see, not the correct weight) you can just return it and not have the headache of wasting 3k on some crap weeed....
brokering sucks though, the entire time you just wish you were growing yourself so you dont need to waste your time looking at other peoples over dried, premature, crops....and sometimes you gotta move at pie at cost or at a loss to keep things flowing....

This is just ridiculous....spent the last 3 hours reading this thing and watching the browns embarass the superbowl champ saints lol. Now my eyes hurt. Really insightful man, what percentage do you really see co2 increasing your yields in your experience and setup type when you connect it ? Its just mind blowing to me that someone can knock out 7-10# a month while still being on the up and up, and having the knowledge to do so. Great job man, im inspired, yet again.
Thanks for the kind words guys, things are rolling along, the last chop has been kinda staggered. jackpot was first at 55 days, then purple Mr Nice at 58 days, Space bomb and Grape stomper are coming down Wednesday at 64 days.
