Just finished panting the new area and hooked up the big light and mover again! weeeee :jump: :jump:

Went to move the plants in and thought about the paint fumes. My ventalation still isn't fully installed, I'll be using box fans for a few more days until I get the 220 wired in. I'll be using a coupled box fans till then.

Could be a drag, do all the work and hurt the garden,,,, :badday:

Latex is fine, but I would wait at least 3 to 5 days to allow drying time so you don't scratch stuff up if accident's happen.

Not to mention plants can be touchy, if there is a chemical in the paint fumes that if it does release; which most of the time it does not, but if it does and the plants don't like it; plants stomas can close up and can have problems; but I highly doubt this would happen; but has happened before.......

Sometimes the little shit can bite your ass.

I've been working months to get air-cooled hoods, an A/C unit, a honkin filter and fan - then get it put together and I know enough that it's the little shit that can cause big problems when you least expect it. lol

Thanks to all for the 411 -

If it were me, I'd get the ventilationfully installed, up and running for a day or two with the lights on. Then move in the plant'age after the odors dry away.
