I went to Baja for three weeks in Nov. Drove from San Diego to Cabo and back. It's very, VERY hard to find mj in certain towns, but in others (cabo) it will be thrust at you everywhere. Cocaine too lol. I looked all over in la paz and finally a kind bartender gave me a puff, but noone would sell it. In Rosarito, just ask around the market place on main street.
I purchased two varieties in Cabo. One from a cigar guy on the beach and one from a shady charachter in an alley behind the strip club. To be honest, I couldn't tell much difference. It wasn't the greatest weed on earth, but it did the job. And for $120 / kilo, it is definitely cheap! My recommendation? Buy from the cigar guys on the beach.
