Late flower temperature limbo, how low can i go?

H

This s first run with my ac unit in. I did all i could before to lower temp late flower but there wasnt much i could do. I grow with co2 so high temps i keep in upper 80s but im in last two weeks of flower.

So now w ac iv cut my co2 off slowly over last week im now at zero. And cut high temps slowly down to low 70s. How low can or should i go now that i have control? 70? 65? High heat ruined all the aroma of my last grow, i want this one to reak......

Cooler temps can also bring out some nice coloration in some strains.

Outdoors plants I've grown were exposed to 55-60°F in late fall and still ripened.

Indoors 60°F would be about as low as I would go for the 1st time.

Im thinking then i may bring temp down a degree one day and two the next and would be scooting close to 60 for the last week. I beleive this will give me a 0 degree swing... well obvious a few degrees through the day but night and day would be about same.

Any issues with little to no temp swing late in flower? Intuitively i would say its good as long as its a cool steady temp not a warm steady temp... but never had this before with no temp controls, still dont have regulated way to raise temp....

Nor to have diff temps at diff times of day programmed in the ac.

Does anyone know of an issue a 70 degree day and night would cause or is that ok?

I've read somewhere that is better to have your garden exposed to air temperatures of few degrees
warmer when the light is on or cooler at night. As it's more natural for plants to be exposed to such.

In your case, since you want to center your garden around 70°F. You could go
with 65°F at night and 70°F in daytime or 70°F at night and 75°F in daytime.

The other thing I've read is that the nearer day and night temperatures are to each other.
The shorter the internodes are with any given strain. I haven't tested this out yet though.

Good Luck

Iv read similiar, my conundrum now is ambient temp is over 70, so now that iv tried cooling them off to finish im getting no fluctuation.... i think i may need to get a programable thermostat for the ac unit....

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any evidence or side by sides. As inagree intuitively it makes sense for cooler nights but intuitive knowledge is not always accurate... indoor we mimick some natural thongs and other things we dont mimick the outdoors at all... so not arguing as i agree w you just wondering if anyomes looked deeper into topic

Got a programable thermostat for ac, finished at 60 dark low 70s light, much better smell than last time, frost level on my moby is beautiful which comes dowmn tomorow and my gg4 came dkwn two weejs ago effect is night and day better than last round. But good lord running ac and duhuey makes the lights electric bill look cheap

I have seen this growing and autoflower inside where i just kept the temp at 70 day and night.

Yes I've read that as well, and Im going to try that for mid flower this round. But I have also read that no temp diff at end is not as beneficial for terpenes and such. I think a lot of this is all anecdotal so trial and error for each of our own set ups is only way to "know" for us...
