Detectives call this multi-million dollar "indoor-hydroponics" pot operation the largest such bust in Alabama history.

Police say the warehouse which contained the operation has been a front for the growing operation for three years.

The suspects were using advanced lighting, irrigation and climate-control technology.

Police seized other drugs, as well as 100 thousand dollars in cash along with between four and five hundred plants.

Investigators say the operation was raking in at least a million dollars a year.

that's a rough state to get busted in. hope whoever got caught finds a good lawyer and gets huge reductions. i gotta say, it doesn't quite look like a $1mm/yr op, but thats just from what I see in the video. I could be completely off. It looked like a lot of those 400-500 plants were clones/ small vegging plants too.

yahmaha1: hadn't heard of it being a member, but glad you're keeping quiet who it is til we know for sure the charges and everything, just so talking about it doesn't add info to an investigation.

there op was pretty big and in a warehouse dedicated soley to growing pot which was rented under the guise of storage for a "store" the two men owned. they could have been busted for a multitude of reasons especially with a grow that large. that weed made it into many hands so who knows if any of their confidantes got busted recently and gave out a location/name/whatever. but who knows I guess.

lastly I would really hope anyone with an op that big would stay off of message boards regardless. whats the point?
