Lactobacillus and flowering

My question is can I spray Lactobacillus serum on the leaves of a flowering plant or is it just best to spray in soil?

What I mean is the result of a lactobacilli culture that is comprised of mollasses and the result of this thread. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=96325 Ive noticed a huge difference in the overall plant health since I started using this.

yes u can spray it. diluted. be careful spraying when lights on might burn leaves. spray when lights ABOUT to come on. It's more effective in the soil at dilution of 1 part bacillus to 2 parts water. Bacillus lacti is also used to eat up bad smells in composts etc.
