Kushty up next…

Good afternoon my fellow ICmaggers
I’m opening this thread for my next planned run… going to give the kushty a go
Not seen many grows of this online and none indoor so I feel it’s time to give them an airing

From RGS description:
Strain Lineage: (OG Kush X Fire99 Auto)

Kushty can finish in as early as 7-8 weeks flowering indoor with help from the Fire99a leaving big strong plants holding up huge thick colas, the aroma is citrus,sweet with that old school OG funk,
she has that heavy stone that creeps up behind the eyes and soothes the mind, then hits you like a truck, leaving you feeling Kushty

Sounds fire

I’ll be popping the seeds in the next few weeks as the gorilla haze is into flower, but due to the time of year and lack of sunlight I don’t want to get them in too early.

If anyone has any more info on her please chime in

No worries mate, nice to have you on board

I think I will try and top twice and aim for 4 colas per plant as it seemed to work well for the past few grows- fingers crossed

Aiming to get them in pots later today… cold weather at the moment, if it was summer they’d already be growing-but it’s warm enough in the kitchen for now

Definitely mate… no breaks for me or I end up paying for weed (current dilemma) - I had this year planned grow wise, then my grow partner ended up in hospital which threw the schedule out
And lost a location

They’re all up and on the window ledge in the prop, only tiny still so I’ll get some pics when they get a little bigger

One of the seeds didn’t come up straight away so I put another in as backup… now they’re all up.
Toying with the idea of putting all 5 in and re positioning the fan …

10.7 sq ft divided by 5 = 2.14sq/ft each… should be enough…

Got them all in 20L pots today, still quite small but the tent has only just become vacant
Peat based potting compost, @Mars Hydro Led fce-4800 dialled up to 100% ….
I’m a little behind schedule still due to events in the summer, but I’ve gone for a fast strain to catch up.

My back is getting worse so I’m taking a little longer to get things done but aiming to get back on track by the new year.

Hope everyone is having a kushty Christmas so far….
Still only 8-10 inches tops but they’re getting there- huge leaves

Edit : just tucked some leaves back so excuse the look

Still trooping along, just removed a few lower scraggly bits and leaves to make watering easier and gave them a nice feed.
very short internodes on these … unsure on how they’ll behave after flipping stretch wise as not seen any diaries of her.
@PANIKZ what are your thoughts mate?

Still trooping along, just removed a few lower scraggly bits and leaves to make watering easier and gave them a nice feed.

They won’t stretch much at all bro I’d veg them to a decent size before switching for sure

We are currently out of the country for new years website will be back up on the 10th January we have to put into maintenance mode to stop a bunch of orders coming in and not being able to ship then causes unhappy customers so we take down the site and get our web developers to go over everything while we’re away ready to rock and roll next year bring on 2025 happy new year to all
