Kosher Tangie

Just got my 1st of 4 orders with a freebie kosher tangie seed. I immediately put it in a 1" rockwool cube. That was last night. So hopefully tomorrow it will be up above the surface. I plan on doing a full log on this strain. The kosher is currently my favorite strain out of about 35-40 mothers I have. It performed well for my outdoors. So seeing that they crossed it with the first ever U.S. cannabis cup winner, I got super excited. If things go as planned, I will have shitloads of kosher tangie outside in '14.

I ordered the tangie on there first fem beans the released and i had 6/6 germ and I killed off 3. Idk how but I did. Maybe weak plants, whatever. But the 3 I kept are 5 weeks in and smell so orange it lingers on me all day. And I still can't wait to get back and just smell it again. I have 1 that is going to be about a 15 weeker it seems like, second is the more frosty pheno, very frosty low yield but stinks very citrousy,, and the Keeper is gorgeous just shines with crystals and is gonna be a huge yielded. Possibly 9-10 weeks and has the best citrus/orange/best!!!! Smell I've ever smelled out of any strain. So I'm keeping that 1 for sure. I'm not gonna photo bomb your thread but keep on eye on mine. Should be up soon. Week or so. Hope you get some good phenos I know I did!!!!!!!!

Running Tangie and Sour Tangie right now. The oil extraction is amazing. Very strong limonene content. Stands up to the Lemon-G terpene complexity! A must run for any extractor!

Thanks for the pics kushy!!! My KT is doing good. Just put her in a pot of dirt(soilless medium I should say, lol) couple days ago. As an extra added bonus I have a grobro who loves to give me beans cause he knows how much of a seed whore I am. He hooked me up with like 20 beans last night and three were the kosher tangie. So now I have some back-up's and hopefully a couple different pheno's.

I have a nice mother of the kosher tangie going as we speak. I have taken 6 clones and they all rooted. They have been transplanted into 3" cubes and will be flipped in 2 weeks. Can't wait to see what they turn out like.

I got a Kosher Tangie too.

It's doing good, side-stepping me being over-agressive with nutes. Thought I would add some Liquinox Bloom to the water (they're in Happy Frog, with Bone Meal for Phosphorus & Wood Ash for Potassium).

I over-did it. pH dropped to about 6, ppm was 1800. Started seeing leaf-curling & unhappy fan leaves.

Did a massive flush, re-measured the run-off pH up to 6.6, ppm around 1050. PHEW.

Hopefully I'll have a happy Kosher Tangie myself in a few !

Yes , but honestly you would be purchasing real genetics from true breeders. Too many seed companies run by amateurs who have no experience or education in the scientific field. True breeding takes money, a heady crew, and a lot of patience. NAMASTE
