Kosher Kush s-1 cedar pheno

Not much experience with Kosher Kush but my friend compiled a nice cache of, presumably, Kosher Kush s-1's from a East LA delivery service from 2012-2014. At first, my thoughts were to scrap them for fear of more intersex traits, but I decided to pop a few just to see. After flowering them out one is straight up OG but with a stouter structure and lower yield and the other was smelling like bubblegum/fruity during the grow, then OG at chop time. After a light cure the taste on inhale is OG w/o the gas/fuel and exhale is cedar/palo santo wood. Really unique for me. I have always searched for such a flavor from some haze varieties and have heard rumors of AK-47 having similar expressions, but it has eluded my garden.
Have those of you who have run Kosher from seed found any such phenos? Any idea what could impart such a flavor if this is not s-1 stock?

Thanks Mikell. I'd like to follow this thread a little further. The flavor is so exotic to me. I'm smoking the joint and just staring at it between puffs savoring the flavor. I think if the astringent fuel taste was present the cedar would be masked entirely.
