Kosher Kush and Headband 707 - Fresh for Thanksgiving!

Happy November friends!

BRRRRRR outside. Time to load a fat bowl and bake. Giving thanks to all the hard working breeders out there that bring us the finest flavors on earth.

Fresh load of Kosher Kush cut from the Cannabis cup-winning mama from DNA Genetics!

Grown in Greentrees 2 gallon ebb & flow buckets under 1000W HPS Hortilux bulb and Galaxy digital ballast. Used Cutting Edge Solutions hydroponics feed-chart with full line as base nutrient, and tried out the Terpinator this run to push terpene production of strains I'm familiar with. Finished with Sour-Dee and didn't bother to flush.

The Terpinator glory is harder to show in pics versus what it did for boosting the aroma and flavor. The Kosher came out with a noticeably stronger flavor on exhale, the lemon flavinoid is almost like a dab intensity of taste. I am very pleasantly surprised how well it worked. Also you notice when your trimming how everything feels stickier than normal... awesome stuff! Saw it on the shelves of my hydro shop recently too.

And here we have the dankest in my collection.. the Headband 707. Supposedly a cross of Rez's Sour Diesel with a lovely San Fernando Valley O.G. Kush.

I get incredible flavor out of this strain even in Hydro, she beats every O.G. I have grown or smoked. One day I want to do a dedicated soil run with it and see how epic she can be!

Those signature fire-red stigmas.

Most of this run was headband plants about 4' with 2 kosher plants. All together with both strains under one 1K HPS I pulled 1 pound, 5 ounces. The headband is kind of a light yielder, and top colas don't form super dense say compared to my Pure Kush.

Great looking flowers man... I was gifted a cut labeled 707 Headband somewhat recently, hopefully it's as nice as yours! :tiphat:

Thanks!

Awesome you are lucky! I had to garden-sit for a week.. for this old timer from Arcata to get this cut. He traded me a mama for an hour a day visit. The 707 is so amazing when it comes to flavor and aroma. When you squeeze the buds or break it up, the funky sour o.g. fuel stink pours out. On exhale, she dominates anything I have worked with. Just trying to figure out a way to dense up her nugs without using Paclo so I'm going to try blasting her with kelp extract.

Let me peep some pics after you harvest and see if we have the same cut!

Shit, I would garden-sit 24/7 for elite cuts haha. That's awesome though - and thank you for the vivid description. Kelp extract should help, are you using maxi?

Most certainly will do - later on I could even post a veg shot of my 707 lady. Veg structure more so resembles a diesel than an OG, pretty stinky in veg and quite desirable veg structure so it seems.

Your cut of Kosher, is that a popular cut down your way? I almost bought a pack of KK beans, but for $160 and mixed reviews I held off for now... Kind of reconsidering ATM...
