668, Neighbor of the Beast
REALLY good disk. The 4th from this Nashville based group made up of 3 brothers and a cousin.
Normally I like a groups first disk and any subsequent get worse, but this group is the opposite, at least 4 me. The first three were muy alternative and pretty good, but the 4th one jumps out and the disc binds together into one that you play from first to last.
Never really written music reviews so I don't know all the rolling stone adjectives to apply to it other than its worth a listen and a permanent part of my collection. I don't even know what to classify it as, it sounds somewhat alternative but with a southern rock flavor to some of it.
Maybe one of the younger folk on here can explain it better.
