Kinda new to soil...FoxFarm and other random questions

I've inherited a bunch of old moms that look super depleted. I did a watering with GH micro and bloom at a pH of 6.5 and 1.5ec (tap water showing 0.2-0.3ec). Did I get that right? I'm no soil expert.

Also, I've got a bunch of rooted clones that I put into one gallon pots with FoxFarm Light Warrior. I'm thinking I should pull them out of there and put them into a richer soil. I was planning on vegging in one gallons for a few weeks so if I wasn't wanting to add ferts then am I correct that Light Warrior would not be a good choice?

My problem is that I'm forced to use FoxFarm unmixed. Don't ask, it's not my call. Anyways, Ocean Forest has not been doing the plants right. Some of the sativa leaning plants are burning or doing the 'lockout due excessive nutes causing deficiencies' while the indica leaning plants have pretty dark fan leaves. They could look a lot better in my opinion. The answer from FoxFarm was to use the new product Lucky Dog. It's supposedly a lot nicer on the plants so I was provided some free bales and I'm praying that it will be better. I really wish I could use the MSM mix and call it a day...any suggestions?

My last very simple question is, should I be pH'ing my tap water to 6.5 or is it ok as is? It's normally about 7.2. Thanks!!!

Assuming your final pot size is going to be larger than 1 gallon, you should be ok for up to about 3 weeks with the Light Warrior IMO. Once transplanted it isn't a good idea to pull them out unless you absolutely have to. One thing you can do to reduce the burn is to fill the pot 1/2 - 2/3 with FFOF and top it off with a lighter soil, then the roots can grow into it/feed from it as needed and won't burn. If you add 1 tbs of dolomite lime to the soil mix there is less of a need to PH. My tap is 7.2 but when run through a fresh Britta filter it is about 6.1 so I just filter my water, haven't had any PH issues. I usually PH my water just to check it maybe 3-4 times throughout a grow.

I've always used straight ffof without any burn. I'll put rooted clones straight into it or roots organic with out any probs. then I don't need to feed for two -three weeks maybe longer
