Killer Pacific Northwest Article (early genetics)

This is a short but very good article talking about some of the original strains bred in the PNW....Wish we could find the original Big Bud(the one that you could not contain the smell of triple bagged...)

I also found the Dr. Dalat article on Vietnam and the killer herb still grown in that region(Dalat).....

Also found a page of pics from Chaman(our Costa Rican grower/friend).....

Let me know if you want to see the Dalat article...
Enjoy!
Take care all...................................CC

Please let me know if you are enjoying the articles and if I should post more or have most of you seen them already?
Thanks and take care...................CC

Just wanted to say that I enjoy the articles you post very much!! Its very interesting to see how views have changed over the years and how the spread of information has changed techniques and has helped to create the amazing herb we get today. Keep up the good work!!

Captain - if you can spare the time to put these up, I can definitely spare the time to read them - it's fascinating material.

For years in the UK, High Times and other stuff could only be found in very specialised places, and so I've never seen many of these articles at all. It's a goldmine of info - thanks again for putting this up for us all to read...:)

All of you are certainly welcome and I'm glad you are enjoying the different material...
Thank you all for posting so that I at least know it's not a waste of time and gallery space......

More to come................

Wow Capt...fantastic article!! What a lot of people don't realize is that between 1982 and 1992 Washington state was the indoor growing center of the world until Operation Green Merchant shut down many grow shops as well as spreading absolute paranoia among growers.....the great known and unknown strains drifted north(though many were available in B.C.) and B.C. took the over the title and then some....Thank God for Canada keeping these strains alive and improving and creating new strains.....of course I have to give the Netherlands a nod considering that Nevil of the original seed bank of Holland obtained many U.S. based strains. You rock dude!!!
